Linda, a Brooklyn-based artist and designer, brings life and impact to brands big and small with her unique blend of illustration, design and big ideas. Part poetry, part paint, part zip and zoom, Linda’s work draws on her love of words and textures to express bold concepts and bring stories to life. Nothing is out of the question: old wood, torn paper, rusty metal, ink, duct tape or a scribbled-over Polaroid.

Since going solo, she’s been hunkered down in her creative laboratory called “extra-oomph,” working with a vast array of clients. Before launching a freelance career, Linda was the Design Director at Vh1.com.

Linda spent much of her life moving around – including living overseas in England as a youngster and attending high school in Holland. Before moving to New York City, she graduated from Brown University studying semiotics and creative writing and spent her junior year across the street at The Rhode Island School of Design. She has been recognized with Broadcast Design Awards, selected as a “Fresh Artist” by Communication Arts and her one-of-a-kind style has been included in exhibitions worldwide.
